Matcha Basque Cheese Cake
First created in 1990, this not so secret recipe has traversed many cities through time.
Creamy in the middle and a firmer cheesecake texture on the exterior, this special delight balances the bitterness from the burnt exterior and sweetness from the creamy custardy interior.
This rendition takes an oriental twist with green tea flavoured base in alleviating the fragrance of the creamy delight.
Each cake is approximately 1.5kg and comfortably feeds 8 to 10 pax.
Recommended to be kept in the chiller and best consumed within 4 days of delivery.
