
Air Flown (Japan) Sashimi Grade Tai (Sea Bream) Block
The Sea Bream is a firm-flesh white fish, very mild in flavor due to its lower fat content. Most people are rather accepting to this sashimi taste for its mild taste and neutral flavour.
This fish is very lean for most of the year and only ever develops a small amount of fat in the late spring and early summer months.
The fish is peeled and individually packed into 2 blocks (approx 240g) and comes vacuum frozen for your convenience. The original freshness of the fish is retained by using the blast freezing process.
When kept properly in the freezer, this product can last up to 2 months.
What You Require For Tai Chirashi:
- Japanese Rice
1 Rice cooker cup (150g), yields 330 g of cooked rice - about 2 portions
